Entrepreneur of the Year National Finalist Award

May 8, 2012. USP&E received the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year National Finalist Award in the Environmental and Construction category in Southwest Area North. The award is sponsored by Ernst & Young, SAP, and the Kauffman Center for Entrepreneurship, and honors those individuals building and leading successful growing and dynamic businesses. Ernst & Young recognizes these companies through regional, national, and global awards programs in more than 140 cities and in more than 50 nations.

40 Under Forty Award

June 18, 2012. As a highly accomplished executive and entrepreneur, USP&E CEO Will Gruver was selected by The Dallas Business Journal to join its 2012 class of 40 Under Forty. Candidates must be under age 40 and have a proven track record in both business and community involvement. Will Gruver, USP&E’s founder, was selected for this honor for his dynamic leadership, involvement, and commitment to the North Texas business community.

July 4, 2012. INC Magazine, one of the largest business publications in the United States, selected USP&E as a finalist in its recognition of the top 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. The Inc. 500 list was introduced by the magazine in 1982.

Dallas 100 Entrepreneur Award

November 17, 2012. The Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship / Dallas SMU Cox School of Business honors those entrepreneurs who build their own businesses and create jobs in the Dallas Metroplex. USP&E placed seventh out of the 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas area.
