Having a background in the Oil and Gas sector, together with his acute numerical and analytical thinking, Graé is passionate about bringing Africa to its full potential.

    Thuthuka is a highly experienced senior estimator with expertise in accurately estimating construction costs. With over 20 years of experience in various projects, he has a deep understanding of all aspects of the estimating process, including budgeting, risk analysis, and value engineering. Thuthuka is also an excellent communicator and has a reputation for attention to detail and working well under pressure. As an active member of the construction community, he has mentored junior estimators and spoken at industry events. Thuthuka holds a degree in construction management and is a certified professional estimator.

    Senior Estimator

    Richard Giddey, Mechanical Engineer by qualification, is a highly motivated and determined Senior Estimator, with over 20 years of experience in the Mining, Mineral Processing and Materials Handling industries. Richard has developed multiple estimating templates and tools to speed up and streamline the estimating process. He is a reliable team player, with the capability of communicating to people on all levels. Richard, being eager to learn new things and giving meticulous attention to detail, he is always looking for his next challenge, as he enjoys problem solving and increasing technical knowledge. All Richard Giddey’s work is done with a positive attitude and adapted to serve the client’s best interest.
