    Paul has been working in the contact centre industry for 3 decades in all facets of Business and is the technical team lead of the USP&E digital team. He has a keen eye for detail and numbers and uses this to analyse customer demands and bring meaningful solutions to customers to improve and optimise business processes and improve service delivery using technology and systems.

    Junior Software Developer - Intern

    Bridget is a vibrant junior software developer with experience across various coding languages. As a developer she is a creative problem solver with an eye for detail. USP&E is grateful to have her be part of their Digital team, working on our latest innovative software offerings.

    Full Stack/ Java Developer

    Thabelo is a Full Stack & Java Developer with experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of various applications. Proficient in a variety of platforms, languages, and embedded systems. Skilled at team collaboration while working independently in remote environments. Thabelo believes in excellence and delivering tasks on time, and has good communication which leads to outstanding execution.

    Software Developer

    Kefilwe is a software developer at USP&E Global. She holds a BSc in Computer Systems from Heriot Watt University and HND in Information Technology from London School of Business and Management. She has been in the software development space for almost 4 years and is eager to learn new languages/skills and develop those that she knows with USP&E.

    Web & Software developer - Intern

    Lesedi is a 2021 highschool graduate and a new member of the USP&E digital team at USP&E global. He is currently a dancer at WGRUV dance international company and a recent graduate of the 2021 BEX Program. He is a young professional who wants to make a difference within the company by growing and expanding his knowledge through learning through the more experienced employees at USP&E.

    Web & Software developer - Intern

    Luke is currently studying a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and is looking to specialize in Cyber Security. He enjoys working with computers and assisting where needed and developing reactive applications is something that really interests him. He is skilled in web application development and is continuing to challenge himself in software and programming. We are excited to see where the internship can take Luke to in his career here at USP&E.

    Retang is an energetic young man who has the desire to learn and keep improving in his field of work. Distinguishing himself and graduating from the BEx internship in 2022 he is now working in the Digital Team as a Web and Software Development intern. Retang has a great work ethic and a strong will to do everything he does to the best of his ability; with his drive he has great potential to be part of the future of USP&E.

    Allen is a charismatic young adult, with the desire to learn and improve his skills in the computer science field. He is currently a final year student at the University of Johannesburg and is working in the Digital Team as a Web and Software Developer Intern.

    Vern is a Senior Software Developer at USP&E and leads a dynamic team of Software Developers. For the better part of the last decade, and a scholar in his spare time, Vern lives and breathes code. He loves building software that harnesses the human capacity for understanding and empathy, and delights in designing elegant solutions for complex problems. This means initiating new ideas and driving those ideas into the path of success.
